Basic FAQs

I’m an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans, and can provide you paperwork for reimbursement. If you are interested in this option, please ask your insurance provider for information about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

Each case is different, but I like to begin by meeting weekly or every other week. As you make progress, we’ll discuss moving toward bi-weekly or monthly appointments, until you feel you’ve made sufficient desired growth. Typically, clients move towards maintenance sessions as needed.

I see clients in office
Tuesdays 11a-2p
Wednesdays 3p-7p and
Thursdays 2p-6p.

Tele-therapy appointments are offered during those times and other select times Monday and Friday.
