We all want peace in our homes, but people’s different needs and personalities can make that hard. I work with families together and in smaller groups to reveal patterns that aren’t working, and to help every family member feel heard.


Many issues can arise in therapy. I primarily focus on family and couple relationships,issues in life transitions, self-work, setting boundaries and reworking patterns, and holding space for trauma and grief. Treatments include Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and empathetic talk therapy.
